Overview
Creating - the process of seeing something that doesn't exist, and bringing it into being. Over the past 15 years, this definition has become integral to who I am as a mixed media artist. My perception of the world around me, is constantly at odds with how the world “could” be. This internal war pushes me to create, using whatever process and aesthetic, that fits the art I see in my mind. From traditional mediums like bronze, wood, and steel, to modern materials like silicon, resin and synthetic leather, the core of my work is based on the concepts of craftsmanship, individuality and the simple act of creating.
