Now, with our bus named “Dimple,” we’re ready to take our tours—and you—on the road. Tour options include: Classic Ghost Tour: This guided walking tour begins at the Maury County Courthouse and meanders through Columbia’s downtown. Along the way, hear tales of ghosts and mayhem from Columbia’s storied past. $10 per person Driving Ghost Tour: Also starting from the Maury County Courthouse, this guided driving tour shares some of the haunted history of downtown Columbia, local cemeteries, and other places that can’t be covered in the walking tour. $25 per person Civil War in Maury County Tour: (By Request) Although no major battles took place here, Maury County still has a tremendous amount of Civil War stories to share. This tour will take you from one end of the county to the other on the Mule Town Tours bus, “Dimple.” Lunch is included in this all-day tour. Tour & pricing available upon request. Historic Downtown Driving Tour: (By Request) Hop on the Mule Town bus for this guided tour while you enjoy interesting tales from Columbia’s past. Groups of 5 or less can enjoy our golf cart tours! This tour will share highlights from Columbia’s early days through the modern era. Great for tourist and locals alike, this tour should not be missed! $15 per person Greenwood Cemetery Tour: (By Request) Meet up with Adam & Kayla for a walking tour of Greenwood, Columbia’s oldest city cemetery. This was an active cemetery from 1809 until the 1920s, but the majority of the graves are from the Antebellum period. Come and hear the stories and see the tombstone symbols during this tour. $10 per person* Rose Hill Cemetery Tour: (By Request) When Columbia outgrew Greenwood Cemetery, Rose Hill Cemetery was established on the south side of town as the new city burial ground. Civil War soldiers, powerful politicians, and beautiful Victorian monuments make this a splendid and entertaining walking tour. $10 per person* *Don’t want to walk the entire cemetery? Schedule a driving cemetery tour for just $5 more. We’ll drive to the monuments, tell the tales, and give you time to get off of the bus to look around and take pictures. $15 per person.
