Overview
Located off 5th Street, right up from Asgard Brewery and the Riverside community, sits Bristles & Thistles. B&T offers affordable DIY classes for adults and kids, taught by awesome local teachers, makers, artists, and DIY’ers. Offering many different types of classes, from painting to printing, Bristles keeps it simple - meaning we keep most classes accessible by using affordable equipment you can use at home. We believe in hands on classes! Anyone can learn something from a book or online, but we create fun experiences with rad teachers. We encourage you to mingle, bust out some rock & roll while you learn, and even bring your own beverage to enjoy, whether that be beer, soda, or wine. We offer classes, private events, & parties.
