Overview
My name is Brenda Slanga Day. I am a self-taught artist who has drawn inspiration through my travels across our country. I have always had a love for the arts. My parents were very artistic and showed me very young how to appreciate nature and cultures around the world. I settled in TN 15 years ago. Most days you can meet me in my happy place in my studio on B&B Farm, Culleoka, Tn. where I live with my husband. I paint with acrylics with designs in abstract landscapes and florals. When I am not in my studio, you can find me walking in our woods, taking pictures or doing some sketching in our beautiful countryside. I also love to garden, cook and spend time with my grandchildren. I enjoy taking part in a few art shows around TN and Alabama throughout the year.
