Mule Kick 5K

The Maury Regional Health Care Foundation is excited to host the 2023 Mule Kick 5K & 1-Mile Trot on April 1st at Riverwalk Park in Columbia!

The Mule Kick 5K is a certified 3.1 mile course that starts and finishes at Riverwalk Park in Columbia, while the 1-Mile Trot is a fun run — or walk! — for all ages. The 2023 race will take place Saturday, April 1.

The Maury Regional Health Care Foundation is proud to host this long-standing tradition that supports the Foundation’s mission of a healthier Maury County. Proceeds from the 2023 Mule Kick 5K & 1-Mile Trot will provide operational support for Maury Regional Health’s mobile unit, which provides health care services to at-risk patients in rural and underserved areas.

A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Foundation’s Wellness and Aquatics Center Healthy Living Endowment and to the Columbia Parks & Recreation Department. Plus, the school in Maury County with the most participation will receive a donation to their physical education program from the Foundation.
