Join the James K. Polk Memorial Association and Watershed Public Theatre for a not-so-spooky tour of Greenwood Cemetery, Columbia's oldest public burial ground. Volunteers and professional actors help bring Columbians of the past back to life at their graves for just two nights a year. This year's event features some favorite ghosts of years past, along with some new ghosts.
Children and guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to participate in the first tour of the evening, which should have sunlight throughout the duration. Pathways will be lit, but guests are encouraged to bring flashlights.
Proceeds from the Ghosts of Greenwood Cemetery Tour support the continued work of the James K. Polk Memorial Association.
